What does it cost to list an event?
Nothing. Listing is free for every event, paid or free, with no subscription and no contract. Paid tickets start at $5.00.
When am I charged?
Only when a ticket sells. Moveera takes 3% + $0.30 per paid ticket, and free events are never charged. A $20.00 ticket means the attendee pays $21.56 and you receive $20.00.
How do I get paid?
Straight to your nominated Australian bank account through Stripe. New hosts start on a 7 day rolling payout. Once you have been set up 30 days and run 3 completed paid events, that moves to 2 business days after each sale.
What happens if someone gets a refund?
You can refund a booking in full from the app. The booking fee comes back with the ticket price, so the attendee is made whole and our fee is returned too.
