Making friends as an adult is hard, so we’ve built something to help with that, for connection, community + creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Like a run club, minus the run 😝

We’ll have: • 🎲 Games + activities • 🧊 Ice breaker (to help interact with new people) • 🤝 New connections + new friendships • 💬 Open conversations • 🌅 Good vibes, good people + a beautiful sunset

Whether you come with friends or turn up on your own, you’re welcome. Kids & pets are also welcome 🫶

We started MMOTH because we want to create a community that supports better mental health through human connection, belonging + simply showing up for each other.

You never know what someone else might be going through, sometimes just having somewhere to go + people to be around can make all the difference (+ a big hug always helps)
